SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy describes how BILLETBARS LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company ("we", "us", or "our"), ships our products.

Shipping

All orders are shipped at your expense. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, even in the event of a return or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Failure to inspect your items promptly within the 30-day return period (for eligible products) will result in a forfeiture of your right to a return and/or refund. 

We take no responsibility for products ordered for the wrong make and/or model of motor vehicle.  It is your responsibility to ensure you order the correct product for the make and model of your motor vehicle.
